Lipinski has also advised city and town officials and agencies regarding land use, zoning, real estate development, municipal law, as well as negotiated and drafted contracts, ordinances, leases, deeds and resolutions. He has served as lead counsel for governmental entities, including the State of Indiana, banks and other corporations in all aspects of litigation involving the acquisition, condemnation, sale and disposition of real and personal property, oil, gas and other minerals. Lipinski represented the State of Indiana in the litigation of all eminent domain matters for the I-69 Highway Construction and Ohio River Bridges Projects.
