Arie Lipinski

Lipinski has represented clients in various types of litigation before state and federal courts state-wide since he was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2012. After representing governmental entities, including the State of Indiana, health care providers and insurance companies in various types of civil litigation from approximately 2012 to 2020, Lipinski began utilizing his skills and experience to pursue justice for and defend individuals and small businesses when they are facing a crisis or are accused of a crime. He focuses his practices on representing landowners in disputes with government agencies or adjoining landowners over environmental matters, property rights or property damage.

Lipinski defends individuals and small businesses in environmental actions initiated by government agencies or adjoining landowners, pursues cost-recovery actions for policyholders and compels insurance coverage for environmental liabilities and property damage. He also represents individuals in wrongful death actions when they have lost a loved one due to another person's negligent or reckless acts.
